Great heated pool
Excellent staff attention, beautiful temperature of the heated pool, a very quiet place.

EXPENSIVE AND DANGEROUS
Very expensive for the poor Service they provide:
1) INSUFFICIENT HEATING: you had to stay in the bedrooms to not be cold. In the dining room there was not a stove. ..
2) CONSTANT HUMIDITY: the bathroom has no window or extractor, so the whole place is constantly damp.
3) COLD SHOWER WATER: one shower and for another person to shower had to wait more than an hour to reheat
4) SALAMANDER HEATED PILE: involving a GREAT RISK FROM CARBON MONOXIDE. An employee came and closed the only window where air was coming in because a lady "was cold", so we had to get out of the pool.
5) THERE IS NO SECURITY: neither to monitor cars nor departments, which are easy to access; much less to control the pool, where we meet the kind of people who abound today, with little intelligence and less respect for others, who do not differentiate a swimming pool from one for rest, where clearly you can not swim or play in a way that disturbs others. Nobody tells them anything. When we left, I left the keys to the "security" guy, who was too busy looking at the cell phone.
The ONLY RESCUEABLE: the attention of the dining room girls and the maintenance boy, who were very friendly. I'm not coming back, but I hope this comment serves others.

Lovely!!!
At first I hesitated from some comments that I read but then we thought that everyone has their experience, we had a lovely time the place is very clean and pleasant apart from beautiful!!! and facing the lagoon; highlights the way to attend both the owners Andres and family, as well as the people who work there, they attend you with a love as if they knew you always! they cook delicious, the empanadas, the cakes!!! we were pq was my husband's birthday and without asking for anything they prepared a cake and called us to surprise him, thank you!

It is a good choice in value for money.
The heated pool is really heated, it was in good condition, as was the park area, the outdoor pool was clean.
The room was fine in so much space, there is nothing but the minimum in the kitchen to boil something and not much else. The shower came out hot but little water.
Very friendly and predisposed staff.

DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE!!!
A name that is too pretentious for the disastrous and deplorable nature of the place! They are rooms with the appearance of suites or apartments, but nothing is further from the truth… They send you photos from the time of the inauguration: nothing is further from the present… The kitchen has an electric stove Terrible, a refrigerator that does not cool and a microwave that we did not even try, just in case... The blackout of the entrance window is all broken and crooked... The cutlery was removed from the kitchen utensils because they would not be enough for the ones in another room... The small bed, a sofa bed in ruins... You can't watch TV from the bed because there is a piece of furniture in the middle that covers it... The air conditioning was lost all the time even though the manager came and tried to fix it... The disastrous bathroom: The sink has the hot water pipes inverted and, when I opened it to wash my hands, the boiling water burned my fingers...The shower was small and without water pressure and with a trickle that was pitiful, the toilet leaked (I spent a lot of time passing the dryer and the floor cloth four times a day because it was a mess…Zero maintenance! People lived under the bed from the filth that was there…The hair dryer was a toy…The room was cleaned every two days and the towels were They changed every other day...And for the pool you had to bring your own towel...The old facilities...The water in the heated pool was too hot and the water in the outdoor pool was frozen! There were no lounge chairs and there were only two palapas, zero umbrellas, you burned in the sun...
Breakfast was another story: although it was quite passable, the cakes were almost not consumed and they were the same during the four days... It took them a while to clear the tables (most did it when they couldn't find a place to sit), there were almost no plates of dessert and you had to serve yourself on the small plates in the coffee wells…The amount of spider webs and dead bugs on all the windows and the access stairs to the dining room was impressive…The parking lot was messy like everything else, they put the cars in the entrances to the place and you had to do wonders to get in and out...The dirty grills, the expensive food, the pizzas were pre-pizzas and the Milanese ones were horrible... In short, everything was disastrous... Terrible experience! A shame! Be very careful when booking... Here I They lied badly! I do not recommend it nor would I ever return!!!
