This hotel was well suited for a short stay in Brantford as it close to not only the highway but many amenities, especially restaurants. The staff was very helpful and I look forward to staying here again when I am in the area.

Standard hotel room, comfortable enough and in a short distance to the event we were attending. The shower was quite dirty.

Only thing I can say negative was room key was deactivate before our check out time 11:00am, front desk activated again

I checked into my room and it smelled like dirty laundry. Asked the front desk if they had Febreze to help with the odor, and they handed me a car freshener to put on my AC unit. At 6 am the alarm clock went off and woke me up. Tried to go back to sleep only to have the alarm clock go off again at 7 am. When I woke up this time, there was a spider on my face. Went to take a shower, and when getting out, roaches were running on the floor. I am requesting a full refund! I did not stay the 2nd night!

Could have been cleaner. The room had an unpleasant smell. Everything looked very worn. Didn’t match posted online photos.
