I enjoyed the breakfast menu but would suggest being able to order single items e.g. toast or bagel.

Practical after the flight and before the RV.

We booked the hotel because it is close to the RV rental. The room was fine and the service was very friendly. The additionally booked breakfast was also very pleasant.

Nice, small, and cozy. The facility looks new; very clean. Though I was impressed with the variety of drinks in the room, but I was concerned about what that very easy access to that array of alcoholic beverages would mean to someone dealing with drinking problems, young people, and even children who could be in the room...
I was disappointed that my reservation did not include breakfast, so I can't comment on the food experience.
I recommend and would definitely go back when needed.

A little disappointed...

A little disappointed with this hotel. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come and answer us, I imagine the only person on site was on break? We are told that our room is not ready but they can give us another room, near the elevator. We were 3, we arrive in the room, only 2 towels, no bathrobe, no washcloth. It's impossible to get a third towel before 9:00 at night. Being close to the elevator is one thing, however this one clearly requires maintenance and makes a crazy noise randomly. In the bathroom, it was impossible for me to chat with my spouse in the room so loud the sound and vibration was. Going downstairs you had to wait after the receptionist who had a "rush" of recordings to open the door to the pool. Usually the other hotels activate the pool door on the room map and one should not wait after the only receptionist of the hotel who was overwhelmed. The pool is tiny and not very hot. There were no more towels at the pool either. The photos are clearly taken to advantage it. Take note that the mini fridge in the room is filled with mini bar items, we can not really put anything more so not practical if we bring our food.
On top of that, I was charged $12.88 on my credit card while I only took a $3 bottle of water from the minibar. I had to call back and the receptionist tells me that her colleague made a mistake and that they will refund the difference. They do not provide any invoice for the minibar so it is impossible to see the breakdown of this expense so check your credit card statement!

Tout d’abord, nous comprenons votre déception concernant l’attente à la réception ainsi que la préparation de votre chambre. Soyez assuré(e) que vos commentaires ont été partagés avec notre équipe afin d’améliorer notre service et notre efficacité lors des arrivées.
Concernant le nombre limité de serviettes, nous vous présentons encore une fois nos plus sincères excuses. Nous avons effectivement rencontré un imprévu avec notre buandier externe, ce qui a retardé les livraisons et impacté notre inventaire de linge. La situation a depuis été rétablie.
Pour l’accès à la piscine, celui-ci est contrôlé par la réception uniquement par mesure de sécurité, en raison du nombre élevé d’enfants présents à l’hôtel. Nous comprenons toutefois que cela ait pu occasionner de l’attente et nous prenons bonne note de votre commentaire.
Nous sommes également désolés pour les inconvénients liés au bruit de l’ascenseur, à la température de la piscine ainsi qu’à la disponibilité des serviettes dans cet espace. Vos remarques sont précieuses et nous permettront d’apporter les correctifs nécessaires.
En ce qui concerne la facturation du minibar, nous vous présentons nos excuses pour cette erreur. Il nous fera plaisir de vérifier avec vous que la correction a bien été effectuée. Nous pouvons également vous faire parvenir une facture détaillée de votre séjour; toutefois, comme votre avis a été publié sous un pseudonyme, nous vous invitons à communiquer avec nous en nous fournissant votre identité afin que nous puissions retracer votre dossier.
Nous espérons sincèrement avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes.

Noce hotel, was close to where we were visiting. Staff were super helpful. Hotel and Room were clean. Mattress was abit frim for my liking, otherwise good stay
