Very good experience to relax.

Very nice room, warm welcome by Anais. Well located. Varied choice of dishes, very welcoming couple, the bread is delicious
Possibility of having your meal in your room in the evening.
Weak point: 1st price hotel style breakfast. Bus near the hotel

friendly, spacious, not all quiet

I was moved here, because my hotel (Les Thermes) was overbooked, so I did not expect too much - but was positively surprised.
The very friendly lady at the checkin arranged a decent apartment for me, not too big, not too small. Everything was spotless. The building has seen better times and is a bit noisy, due to the concrete architecture, but the place itself is in a quiet location outside the center. You can park the car on the road for free.

Absolutely disgraceful!!! No one there after 7pm to check us in. Then they lied to hotels.com saying staff were there until 3am. The hotel opposite said the place is for the poorly and elderly and were not sure why they are on hotels.com !!??

THIS SHOULD BE CALLED AN APART HOTEL AND NOT A HOTEL

I stayed here on the 29th July 2013. The Reception is only open during the day from 08.30 - 19.00 and lesser at weekends.
I went out for dinner and when I returned at 10pm the hotel was locked and I was not informed that the room key opened the side door. It took me 30 minutes to find this out.
During the night there was a generator humming outside. I was not able to change my room because there was no night staff or reception staff.
I would not stay here again.

We are in fact classified as a tourist residence and not as a hotel since we only rent studios equipped therefore we have no night service. If we had been aware of your dissatisfaction during our hours of service, we have done our best to satisfy your expectations. It is with regret that we read your review cause we could make your night more enjoyable. Note that if you come back in Dax we will try to offer you a vacation that should satisfy your needs and we will work to give you a more detailed explanation of all services of our business not to reproduce your first experience

Le logement est sympa mais vieillot, le cadre avec le lac sympa. Le stationnement est vraiment pas simple le petit dej à 9Euros ou il y a le strict minimum avec une pauvre assiette de jambon pour faire continental avec 3 tranches de gruyère à côté pas de croissants juste une carafe de jus d orange pas de jus de pomme c est dommage car avec un service amélioré ça pourrait etre vraiment sympa
