4 stars???

They bought their 4th star, or even their 3rd, on Wish! Soundproofing from the hallway: every time a door opens, it feels like someone is coming into our room.
In the bathroom: furniture supported by shims, mold on all the bathtub seals, bathtub walls not watertight, so flooding after the shower! Forced to mop up and towels are not changed if staying multiple nights, toilet in the bathroom is 20 inches from the sink! Good bedding!
Breakfast: at 8:30 AM no more regular tea, only mint and Tonka bean tea left! No more yogurt and frozen fruit salad! Forced to ask for water!
It should be noted that the restaurant is independent of the hotel, so do not include the hotel's dissatisfaction with the restaurant!
Meal at the restaurant: very good, chef and servers very friendly! Very good cooked products!

A big disappointment....

A hotel that calls itself 4-star, ideally located in a quiet area. Positive points: the spacious superior triple room, good bedding, very pretty view from the room, but unfortunately, that is where it ends. Pleasant pool. Negative points: a room that had not been cleaned, dust, spider webs, bathroom not cleaned, ashtray on the balcony not emptied. Pillowcases were missing, no coffee pods, a coffee maker that was not cleaned. Bathroom worthy of a 2-star. This establishment is a ghost ship without a crew, and it was the receptionist, who was adorable, who cleaned the room after our complaints. Mediocre breakfast buffet. In short, a big disappointment; it does not correspond to their description of the hotel.

Hotel to avoid

The room was dirty: dust under the bed, the toilet with the remains of the previous guest, do not walk barefoot because the floor is sticky both in the room and in the bathroom, we were missing a large bath towel even though there were 2 of us, and finally, the sheets were full of dirt and hair; we slept on top of the duvet, covering ourselves with the towels left for the pool. At the restaurant, quite a few dishes from the menu were missing, and in the morning when we arrived for breakfast, most of the tables had not been cleared and the glasses did not make you want to drink from them.
Disappointed with this 4-star hotel, and when I mentioned it to the front desk upon our departure, she laughed in our faces while offering fake apologies.

A a clean 1 star, only because of price

The photos online are heavily enhanced but simply create a misleading impression of the hotel. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and, remarkably, our room still wasn’t ready.
When we finally got it, the disappointment continued. We paid €220 for a tiny, fly-infested room that bears little resemblance to what you would expect based on the photos and positioning of the hotel.
To be fair, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was decent. But overall, the value for money is simply not okay. I would say the room is worth around €100 a night at most. At €220, it is impossible to justify.
A disappointing experience due to heavy over pricing.

Catering is terrible, below everything, pathetic

Catering service... it's not bad, it's SHAMEFUL: Flee this establishment, go 4 km away and have dinner in Rocamadour.
At Bois d’Imbert = 2 1/4 hours to get 1 omelet... 2 days in a row, same scenario.
The cook is below everything, it's a real offense to the restaurant industry... if Chef Etchebest passes by there... there is work to be done!
Too bad, the servers are so nice. But when nothing comes out of the kitchen, well... nothing comes out...
