Great stay in a great location, the laundry was really easy to use and we enjoyed the breakfast. The massage chair in the room was amazing.

Everything was clean and tidy. Room and bed were comfortable. Property is close to many shops and trains. Excellent location

The hotel is nice, clean and very well situated. There is an entrance to the Ginza Line that goes to Shibuya/Asakusa literally outside the hotel. Tokyo Station is nearby and from there it’s easy to access most of Tokyo.
We won’t be coming back here though due to the lack of facilities. The room is tiny and had no storage apart from a cupboard with six hangers. There was a chair and desk but it was so tiny it was hard to use. We could have coped with all of this if there had been somewhere else to relax but there was no lounge or bar area. There was no food or snacks outside of breakfast or a set lunch menu. Nothing in the afternoon or evening. I really missed sitting in a comfy chair and relaxing with a drink.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The rooms were clean and a very convenient location

I stay in this hotel almost every time I come to Tokyo. I hope the guest can choose having massage chair in the room or not, especially for the smallest room, because the massage chair actually reduces the usable space.
