Very disappointing and expensive hotel regarding the quality of the services

Uncomfortable beds, soiled towels, parking unavailable and not reservable by email, pool very small for the size of the hotel.
The breakfasts were very good despite the unpleasant breakfast manager

Room far below a 4-star hotel, 1950s decor in the room, sloppy finishing, the bathroom grout as well as the ceiling were very poorly done or done by a 5-year-old, in that case bravo!! More seriously, everything needs to be redone, quick cleaning, dirty glass forgotten in the sink, the person who greets people at breakfast is unpleasant and makes you want to leave rather than have a good breakfast!! Fortunately, the people at the front desk raise the level, they are very easy to talk to and smiling, for my part I advise against it, price way above the quality of the rooms and services.

We booked two Economy Rooms. One of them was exactly as described and shown on both the hotel's website and Hotels.com, so that room met our expectations.
The other room, however, was the saddest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was worn out, had no proper air conditioning (only cooled ventilation in the adjoining room rather than in the bedroom itself), no bedside lamp on one side of the bed, and the room felt completely bland and characterless.
The internet speed was terrible in both rooms—not what you would expect in 2026. It was only good enough for basic web browsing.
Both rooms cost the same, which makes the difference even more disappointing. This room was nowhere near worth the price.
The hotel itself, however, is otherwise quite beautiful.
