Wonderful Bartenders!

We stayed at the Hilton for 30 days we confidently can agree that these two bartenders absolutely crushed it. From start to finish they delivered top-tier drinks and genuine hospitality that made the whole experience unforgettable.
Angel took on a special request for my husband and created a custom cocktail inspired by Johnny Silverhand from the very popular game Cyberpunk. They briefly spoke and my husband showed him one photo and the ingredients and he lit up at the challenge, dove right in, and came back with something truly impressive and addicting to drink. You could tell he had fun with it, and the final result was so good my husband couldn’t stop talking about it.
Meanwhile I asked Patricio to just surprise me with whatever he wanted to make. He kept the hits coming, one amazing original drink after another. Each one was creative, perfectly executed, and better than the last. He has a real gift for reading what someone will love and delivering it with style.
They both make, from scratch, house syrups that are all so very well made. On top of all that, both of them made incredible espresso margaritas that were rich, smooth, and dangerously good.
If you’re looking for bartenders who bring skill, creativity, and real enthusiasm to the craft, Patricio and Angel are it. They turned every regular night that we went to them into something special. Highly recommend.

Spectacular weekend

Spectacular weekend, from check-in, they made us feel welcome, top-notch rooms, Yoni our waiter at dinner treated us wonderfully, and Diego at breakfast with impeccable service, without a doubt we will return soon.

Delightful experience

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional work of three of your team members—Diego, Cecilia, and Alma—who have been our primary servers. Their performance has been consistently excellent and reflects very well on the restaurant.
Diego is professional, attentive, and efficient. He anticipates needs without hovering, keeps the table running smoothly even during busier periods, and communicates clearly. His calm, polished approach makes guests feel well taken care of.
Cecilia brings warmth and genuine hospitality to every interaction. She is friendly without being intrusive, remembers preferences, and has a natural ability to make people feel welcome. Her timing and awareness of the table are excellent. We also appreciate that she takes the time to greet our son, and make him feel welcomed.
Alma is knowledgeable, precise, and consistently reliable. She handles requests accurately, offers helpful suggestions when appropriate, and maintains a high standard of service throughout the meal. Her attention to detail stands out.
Together, they create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Service feels coordinated rather than scattered, and the overall impression is one of competence, care, and pride in their work. In an industry where consistency can be hard to find, these three deliver it morning after morning.

excellent service

Excellent service from Yoni. He recommended the beet salad and the rib-eye tiradito. The wine list is missing some wines, but he recommended one from Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato. We were delighted with his service. He also recommended the shopping center and different options for exploring the city.
