Great short break hotel
Great service from mark he was great i think he was the assistant mgr or a supervisor always helpful the hotel manager the lady was very helpful so sorry i forget her name great with our query's
Food was good the 15% off card was a bonus the hotel was fantastic for a base for a starting point to go see the city will defo be back thank you to the whole team thank you from us the fox’s

Excellent stay
After a horrible experience in another hotel we wanted to stay in Belfast a second night and booked in here. Every aspect of our stay was great including the room, service and the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Leonardo - not so positive
Check-in, check-out went smoothly and the location is great. Would I come here again? No.
The lobby and the room did not smell good, the drains don’t drain, the hotel needs to be refreshed, breakfast was not great, and the cherry on the pie, which is the reason I am writing this review, is that we found our hotel room door open when we came back from a day of sightseeing. I know errors occur and everyone is human, but for me this is a NO GO.
I close my door when leaving, always double check it is locked, and trust I will find it the way I left it. The hotel can consider itself lucky that our things were still in our room!
The reception was informed of this error. I was informed that the information would be given to housecleaning.

The only good thing was check in as the lady was nice and pleasant from there it went down hill, horrible rooms as dirty and lots broken and super noisy as window wouldnt close. on second night went for dinner and the food was awful, poor poor quality and took ages. better off going out for food!! sadly I wont use again for our business trips.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel and great location. Staff very good on checking in. I would stay here again but was disappointed that the body wash/hand wash was only partially filled on arrival and despite putting the empty bottle in the sink it was still not refilled when the room was cleaned. Other than this minor issue, no complaints and I am sure I could have got more, if I asked, but would expect this to be done automatically.
