Comfortable, clean and well located.

They fulfill everything they offer on the page. Everyone at the reception was very friendly whenever we consulted him. The location is excellent even if it is not over the sea you are close to the center and other activities. The block is quiet and quiet to rest. Surely recommended.

It’s all about location.,

This place is all about location. Set a couple of minutes walk from the main squares, marina and old town and 15 minutes walk to the beach. The accommodation itself is basic but clean. Check in was easy and good communication from start to finish. If I could offer some advice it would be better air conditioning or more fans and some sort of hanging rail with hangers. Not complaining though as we had a good stay..

To avoid

Welcoming and helpful staff. Disastrous bedding and exorbitant price 141€ -we were 2 and the room had 3 small beds- for the lack of basic comfort (no small bedside table, little lamp near the beds, very hard mattresses that date from what year? Dirty office seat on the balcony! Electricity to review) Bathroom and toilet clean. Smell of sewage from the entrance. If you leave a comment via Booking, you will receive a very angry response from the owner of the premises who is not even looking to make the basic improvements requested. Run away!

Would not stay there again

The only positive note is the price and location, the rest leaves a little to be desired. The rooms are very small and without even the bare minimum (no bedside table / coffee table / wardrobe) only a mini fridge and lockers like those of the gym. Would not stay there again

Heartless in the middle of COVID-19 pandremic

We organized a trip to Ibiza in early February, to be more precise we made a reservation on 10th February, for just one night since we should have moved to bigger apartment the day after we checked in cause the rest of our friends arrived. We paid 105€ in total for that one night.
After the COVID-19 pandemic started, our flights to Ibiza were canceled twice! Of course, after a lot of trying to make it to Ibiza, we had to give up on trip to Spain. I tried to contact the Hotel Coordenadas Ibiza and ask them for a refund since it's only one night and we had to sleep somewhere before our friends arrived, but the only thing they offered us was rescheduling the date - for one day of stay?! Who's coming to Ibiza to change place after just one day if it's not necessary like it was for us?! Also, although I wrote them in English, every single time they wrote me back, their e-mail was in Spanish!
Not to mention that the other owner, who was supposed to host us for the rest of our trip, refunded us the whole amount we paid for those several days, around 700€.
