Great family resort

This is our second time visiting this amazing hotel and it did not disappoint! A well thought out family hotel with excellent spacious bungalows and a great all inclusive offering! We took our 7 month old and 3 year old and it suited them perfectly. Plenty of pools, entertainment and play areas. We were really impressed with the buffet rotation and themed nights and the drink selection was really good and readily available! The animation team were great, special shout out to Angel for all of his fun activities and still running a zumba session when I was the only person to join! Extras like the free bus down to the beach each day really make this feel like a high quality resort suited perfectly to families. The only couple of niggles for us when we were there they were doing maintenence in the splash pool for 3 days of it (we went the week before half term). It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have decided whether to come a different week. Also we'd love the evening buffet to start at 6pm as our 3 year old was nearly falling asleep in his dinner.
Overall though, we were thoroughly impressed and really enjoyed our holiday!

Highly recommend!

Pros:
We visited at the start of June and the weather was hot with a little breeze which was perfect with my two children who are 2 and 4.
Transfer not too long and quick check in.
Rooms are clean and modern.
Shop on the edge of the resort.
Food is basic but reasonable.
Didn’t have to fight for sunbeds although we spent our time at the children’s pool.
Lovely weather with a slight breeze, bring a jacket as evenings do get a little cold.
On check out you can use the spa showers to shower and get changed. Can also still use the all inclusive faculties on the day you check out.
Cons:
Refreshments aren’t provided in the room through out a stay, just one bottle of water on arrival and with a lunch bag with sandwich’s but the sandwiches don’t accommodate for non pork eaters.
For one beach towel you have to pay a deposit of 15 euros cash, it does get refunded at the end of the holiday but in my opinion for a family this is a bit steep. We went to the shop down the road and brought two of our own for €9 euros.
You have to pay 3 euros a day if you want to use the safe. Charging for two things that they know people will need is unfair on a ALL inclusive holiday.
Some items aren’t included in all inclusive such as slushies.
Overall I’d recommend this hotel for families with young children.

Excellent, family friendly hotel

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The wristband that included your room key was a great idea.
We asked for rooms close together and they did a great job of accommodating this.
The pools and Splash Zone were fantastic for our 4 & 2 year old grandchildren. The main kids pool was heated. Sun beds were plentiful and there were always beds available whatever time we got to the pools. Although the hotel seemed only about 50-60% occupied during the weekdays we were there.
Food in the main restaurant was good, with many choices and different every day. We were always welcomed at every meal time as we entered the restaurant. We also found the staff in the restaurant to be friendly and very hard working.
The mini disco was at 8:15pm most evenings and was loved by the kids. This was then followed by a different entertainment show.
The hotel is in a good location for exploring the town or visiting the beach.
Overall we had a great week and would recommend this hotel to children of any ages.

Worth the visit

Here at the moment and have to say it's by far the nicest place I have stayed. Was worried over some of the reviews but cannot fault anything. The breakfast lunch dinner is amazing. The only negative would be the snack bar but with the nice lunch you would not mind. We went emblem and the little touches make such a difference, chocolate for the kids, mini bar restocked daily. Animation team make such an effort. Only on day 3 but will definitely return. There is a free shuttle to the beach but it's only 20 mins walk so walked to get our bearings(4 and 9 Yr old) and it's actually fine. No sunbed wars and such a great atmosphere around the complex. Highly recommend

Average at best

Family holiday with toddlers aged 1 and 2 and grandparents. The resort is great for the swimming and rooms - absolutely brilliant the bungalows.
One of the things I most look forward to on holidays is the food - by my standards, it is very average (I want to say below average). For the kids, it is great - good variety. Staff are lovely. There is no service with any meal for drinks which we are used to at other resorts.
DO not go here if you are not a family because when we were there, it was just families with children under 5. I don't think I saw anyone without.
The hotel grounds are well looked after, very clean - same for the dining areas. Cleaning in the rooms was a joke. We didn't hear any noise at night.
Location is great. Local beach is okay.
