Had everything you need in a friendly environment. Staff very helpful. Rooms basic and small but well designed so there was room for your stuff and you. Very good shower. Breakfast had good food and something for everyone. Laundry facility very quick. Lots of La es to hang out. Close to a grocery store and a good restaurant and the gondolas. My only criticism would be the monitoring of the community fridge. Things just thrown in and seemed to me there were old things and some people took up a lot of space by buying packs of drinks.

Very clean and modern rooms. Awesome views. Would be nice to have more transparent screens on the windows so we could better enjoy the view without bugs coming into the room. Comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast. The location is convenient to Grindelwald Terminal but a bit far removed from the main town and the free busses stop running at 7pm.

Overall is very good, nice staffs, new facilities, but the stuffs in the room is not enough. There are no glass / cup provide in room for drink.

Location was great!
However the family room does not have a door for its en-suite bath so it was very inconvenient for a family of 4, where we have to take turns to go out when anyone of us take a shower
There is a laundry room so it was helpful however there is only one washer and one dryer so the queue is quite long into the night as it serve all residents. Do plan and queue early if you are keen to utilize this

Extremely clean room. Super nice and helpful staff…each member of the staff was so kind. The view…OMG..breathtaking!!! The breakfast was marvelous! Don’t miss the gondola ride up to Eiger glacier or further to Jungfrau!! Had a SPECTACULAR time!!
