The best deal you will find in Saranda!
We had a great time at this lovely apartment. The host was very helpful and responsive, the apartment was spacious enough for us, with great amenities (including a washing machine and free pods :), and free parking right in front of the building, which saved us so much money and time
One of the best beaches of Saranda is just 10 minutes away on foot, the promenade is about 15 minutes, and a big supermarket is 2 minutes away.
Overall a great experience. Thank you Arte Apartments for hosting us!

HORRIBLE.
Who manages the structure is a despicable and rude person... For 13 days he threatened us every day outside the door scaring our children because I had highlighted problems in the house... everything started from the day of arrival when we spent a night under customs because it was closed and had not even been communicated by the host, on arrival we kindly asked for a small discount for the inconvenience and from that moment began our nightmare... he offended us as you can see from the photos, on Booking lists things that are not there:LIFT (which never gave us access even to the arrival that we were destroyed for the night spent in the car) WASHING MACHINE (says that it is in the apartment while you have to share it with people you do not know) ABSENT BIDET...A non-existent facade (we overlooked a landfill I could not keep the window open)...Bathroom with a walled window while in the photos you can see that natural light enters (no air passes in this room because that small balcony is inaccessible for the stench!!!) She did not have a modicum of humanity despite being a family with three children that terrified me every day she and her husband, my children every day we cried because of this crazy being!!! We had to stay constantly in contact with the Italian consulate to protect ourselves from this structure...On the last day we had to call the police again because she herself pulled in front of me the stand of a door and wanted me to pay for it, fortunately the police understood that the problem was her and apologized in her place and begged us to forget what happened and to return home! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!

First of all, I recently discovered that a listing for my property was created on TripAdvisor without my knowledge or consent. Unfortunately, TripAdvisor has been uncooperative in removing it, and your review — full of misinformation — was posted there unfairly.
Secondly, you never informed us about the route you were taking to reach Sarandë, so it was impossible for us to advise you regarding the customs schedule. That was your responsibility, not ours. Despite this, the host waited until 1:00 a.m. for your response, only to finally hear that you were not coming because the border was closed. Actions have consequences, and this situation was entirely outside our control.
From the moment you arrived, you were offered the chance to leave immediately without paying a single cent, as you clearly didn’t like the apartment. You refused to leave — not because of principle, but because you were unable to find cheaper accommodation elsewhere.
What followed was truly unacceptable: you physically intimidated the host, verbally abused her, and even made racist remarks about Albania and Albanians. We also received several complaints from other guests saying you blocked their access to shared areas like the washing machine. The building manager reported that you repeatedly violated quiet hours and even moved furniture between apartments without any permission — behavior that is strictly not allowed.
Whenever the host approached your apartment to speak with you calmly, your children were not crying — they were shouting insults and physically hit the host and threw fists at her. The aggressive and disrespectful behavior from both you and your husband was so noticeable that even other Italian guests staying at the property felt afraid.
On your last day, you requested a late checkout until 5:00 p.m., which we could not allow due to the preparation needed for upcoming guests. You refused to leave on time and slammed the door so forcefully that it broke. We had no choice but to call the police. By the time they arrived, you were already in your car, leaving the apartment. This doesn’t mean nothing happened — it simply meant the police couldn’t act because you were already in the car.
In over 7 years of hosting, we have never encountered guests as disrespectful and aggressive as you. We never imagined we would have to involve the police in our hospitality work. Booking.com later confirmed that your behavior violated their terms and conditions, and your account was banned accordingly.
You were fortunate that the host, being a mother herself, still tried to handle the situation with compassion, hoping not to ruin the vacation of two families with small children. Sadly, your actions showed no regard for that kindness. We are lucky this 13 day nightmare was over for all of us!
