5 star hotel? Dream on...

The Toer Hotel has the aim of providing 'luxury', 'relaxation', 'spa and wellness'. Safe to say, I returned back from this trip thinking this hotel has run down facilities, basic and a increase in tension with my experiences specifically in the sauna! Having had to come across the sighting of insects of not one but three of these had made my decision on that be the last visit I be doing in the wellness area of this hotel!
The indoor pool and the folded lounge seating area were outdated and had a deteriorating pool facility that badly needs refurbishment. The showers had a pungent smell and cant imagine how often the cleaning maintenence takes place through the day.
Dont fall for this hotels location base and having the ease of convenience to reach local shops and stores nearby. Better off looking for a place who has established services and lives up to their 5 star rating.

The hotel the rooms are good, but lack details to be a 5 star, as a place to hang the towel of the face, just a place to hang a bath towel, place to extend the beach clothes since we are on a beach and there is a pool in the hotel, soap in the shower, glasses in the room. Very poorly educated reception.

Three stars at most

This hotel is anything but a five-star. Don't be alone. Positive and the view of Saranda Bay from the restaurant. Dismal service no kettle or coffee maker to have a small coffee when you wake up. No shower gel, only small soaps that do not foam. No glass in the room or bottle of water offered. One cup to brush your teeth. No bathrobe to go down to the pool or spa. The pool is dirty poorly maintained. Regarding breakfast, coffee is a horror, it's sock juice, very clear no taste, their purpose is to force people to buy coffee in their restaurant right next door. The buffet lacks quality for what is claimed to be a five-star. The reception is cold, the receptionist, dressed as a counterfeit foot to head, smokes in the lobby with other people. In short, you understood to flee as a matter of urgency. Fortunately, we only stayed one night.

The room was beautiful and clearly brand new. The spa and sauna area are nice, but they feel a bit rushed missing that sense of care and tranquility, and somewhat unattended. For a five-star hotel, you expect a more polished and relaxing atmosphere.
Our room didn’t have hot water. We mentioned it at checkout and were told there had been an issue with the pipes, we felt this should have been communicated to us at check-in. It wasn’t a major problem since we only stayed one night and were able to shower in the spa area but for people staying several nights may be an issue.
The breakfast was quite average for a five-star hotel. On the positive side, the rooftop terrace is beautiful and offers stunning views.
The hotel is located in a building that is shared with residential apartments on some floor but you don’t get to see anyone as the lift is only for the hotel.
They offer parking which is a plus.

Poor

Really to flee came for Valentine's Day booking to see the city we end up with an improvised table in the middle of the room the really unpleasant manager more than despised us. So we decided to leave the premises without eating.
Don't take the time to stop there it's not worth it
