I stayed at CrawlBay Suites for 6 days during my cousin’s wedding, and it was absolutely amazing. The owners were some of the kindest, most professional, and accommodating hosts I’ve ever encountered—they truly went above and beyond for every guest (almost too much!). Even though it was their off-season, they opened up the suites for our wedding party crew, which was a huge help.
The suite itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed: a kitchenette, daily fresh towels, bottled water, housekeeping, and more. The pool was just steps from my door—stunning, perfectly cool, and so inviting. I also loved starting or ending my day on the rooftop deck with beautiful views of Antigua.
The owners gave fantastic local tips on where to eat, visit, and explore. They even recommended Francis Expeditions & Taxi Services, which many of us used throughout our stay. On my very first morning, while I was still settling in, the owner generously offered to pick up groceries for me and my mom—something I truly appreciated.
There’s even a small convenience store onsite with snacks, drinks, and essentials, which came in handy more than once. I’m so thankful for this stay. I felt completely cared for, comfortable, and at home. I’ll absolutely be back—love, love, love this place!

The Weather, Beach, Food- So Much to Worry About Thankfully With CrawlBay There Won't Be Any Worries
We decided to visit Antigua and bought the flight tickets without having a hotel reservation. Needless to say, it would seem that we had planned to go to Antigua during peak travel season and weren't able to book any of the 7 hotels that were recommended by friends and on Social Media. As good fortune would have it, we found a sustainable modeled hotel called CrawlBay Suites Hotels near English Harbour. The hotel is a collection of "cottages" with modern amenities. They're diligent about cleanliness and hospitality. The owners are world travelers as well, so their sensitivities reflect as much. It is a new operation, less than 2 months old, so it will only get better and better. Some tips: there is only one ATM in the nearby town so one would be wise to have sufficient local currency before exploring Antigua. There doesn't seem to be a crime issue in Antigua but it is nice that CrawlBay has an exterior wall around the entire property and the cottages face inward so that likelihood of theft seems unlikely. I left cameras/computers out at the property and one of the iPads was even plugged in to be charged while we were at the beach. The challenge with Crawlbay, I suspect, is that people will book the entire place for their groups or companies because it makes sense. Soooo not sure how the availability will go here once more people learn about it. Therefore, as per Antigua, book early always! We can wax on endlessly about Antigua but will end here with a thumbs up and look at all of the other places we've reviewed around the world to best gauge how much credibility to afford our assessment of this lovely jewel of the Caribbean (same review on Google, sorry for being lazy).

Little gem in a quiet location.
Great family run place in a quiet location. Lovely comfortable rooms- we had a family room with the mezzanine level. Pool area was fabulous. Breakfast simple, maybe a good coffee machine would be nice. Homemade banana muffins were super! The owners made sure we had everything on hand and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Little shop on site for basics. Short taxi ride to all the restaurants and bars in English Harbour.

Fantastic Hosts!
Very friendly and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was more than pleasant. Will gladly go back and highly recommend. Neat accommodation and great kayaking location being so close to the ocean.
