Excellent location for some of the best areas of Buenos Aires. The hotel is very well presented, has a great digital checking in system, and the rooms are comfortable, quiet and modern. Any questions are quickly replied to via WhatsApp. The pool is small on the rooftop but achieves what it needs to allowing a cool down after a day of walking and giving beautiful views across Palermo Soho. Highly recommended.

The towels arrived stained and didn’t feel clean. There was a leak from the shower that caused a bad smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The couch was also heavily stained and quite dirty. There is a lot of noise coming from the street, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there was no flexibility at all regarding late check-out.
Other than that, the apartment is relatively spacious and modern.

The unit was spacious and rooftop pool very useful. Laundry facilities were a bonus. However the property was poorly stocked. Very little utensils or supplies to cook or clean the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and after a request to have repaired no one showed to fix it.

The overall apartment was fairly clean, but the couch had a number of stains on it and it did not look very clean. The towels are white, and they were a little bit dingy. The bathrooms did not have soap to wash your hands after you used the toilet, and the kitchen did not have a place dry any cups or pots and pans. It also did not include a towel in that area. The trash can under the kitchen sink was also quite small.

Just ok

Positives first,
Location , ideal for Palermo and soho square.
Safe area, ok to walk around during the day.
Secure, keypad entry, with security looking on remotely.
Spacious, plenty of room,
Free washing machines use on top floor. Cheap to buy washing powder next door (2000 pesos for 5 washes)
Small gym.
Now negatives…..
Noisy if in front of building, no insulation at all through the doors for road noise.
No cleaning throughout the week we stayed there… no spare towels or sheets for us to change them.
Not enough bins in the apartment. Just 1 under sink then Tiny ones in bathroom.
No tea towel or draining board to drain pots.
Pool is tiny, with no evidence of cleanup.
No umbrellas in pool area to protect against uv rays of around 13…
Overall it’s ok… just remember ear plugs
