Poor care and many service failures
We traveled as a group and booked 5 rooms; only 2 had hot water. When we raise the issue, we receive very uncordial attention. A local person entered the rooms without authorization, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
In one of the rooms, the bed was in bad shape (with bugs) and they had to remake it. The situation was minimized by the staff. To make the experience worse, while we were away, they moved our belongings and changed rooms without our consent, despite asking otherwise.
The wifi was not working properly in remote areas and the heating was poor: the stoves were not running and only offered a heater as a solution.
We are not looking for luxury, but the minimum: cleanliness, hot water and good treatment. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was consistently bad and we were not made to feel welcome. We do not recommend it.

Atendido por su dueño, muy quejoso de su país, para mi gusto, pero buena gente como el país que no quiere. Fabrica Jamón crudo de manera artesanal
