Zero care or appreciation of regular guests
Today’s experience alone was enough to undo all the positive experiences over the years and most certainly didn’t feel welcome let alone valued.
Sad when good service changes and it’s no longer got that home away from home feel.
I would suggest this staff member be removed from frontline service. Would be a shame to see the property change due to one select staff member. She was aware of the issues we faced with a particular apartment but refused to even attempt to help.

Apartments have bar fridges so won’t keep food items at food safe temperatures so be aware.
Aircon in large apartments doesn’t work well in the apartments and this was raised last time and still hasn’t been fixed
No dustpan or broom so makes being self sufficient impossible
Rear apartments have no privacy with other unit balconies looking straight in
Edit ** the properties review that’s states that I apparently abused a staff member, this is false and simply here to distract from the real issue that is their poor service and their desire to not at all look after regular / return guests. I had my wife and two young children with me at the time I apparently abused the staff member so can assure you this did not happen.
Also amazed I’m yet to be contacted personally by site management as this would be standard practice to try and resolve any issues to ensure guests retention.
