Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small, but had good shower. Basic breakfast, but good.

Worst hotel in a long time.

I message the property over 24 hours before arrival to tell them I would be arriving after 9pm. I received no reply. On arrival the door was open but the hotel was in darkness. I called the number a sign said to call on the front door and the call was cut by the recipient. I then received a curt text to say when office hours were. I explained I was checking in and received another curt message back to tell me where to find the key. I messaged later asking what the WiFi account was as the password was on the wall. I was told it was starlink with no password. The WiFi was subsequently dreadful. There was no terrestrial tv. The room was very, very dated and unloved. There were plenty of stains on the sheets. The breakfast the next morning was cereal and bread with tea or coffee. The staff who did eventually show up never said one word to me. There were signs EVERYWHERE ordering people what to do. Worst hotel stay in years.

We upgraded our stay to a king room, must have got the worst back dock king room available, 6 cars in parking lot, over 50 rooms. There were lovley rooms with a balcony outlook unoccupied. Doors didn't shut properly, windows didn't seal so the breeze was wirling through the room all night. Not to mention the crusty moulded shower curtain that's never been washed. The bed and the towels were clean, breakfast was very basic, ran out of some basics that didn't get refilled. If the staff showed their face I wouldn't be complaining on media.

I stayed here twice on a road trip and got the same room both times.
Honestly the site itself was pretty good! There is some room for improvement mainly with just maintenance of the site and the carpets etc, but it was obvious the owner has been making improvements, and being such a big site these things take time and money! If they could recarpet or even deep clean the carpets this would really raise the entire place up quite substantially.
The bed was lovely and nicely made both times, the AC worked well and the bathroom was recently renovated, the internet I had some trouble figuring out but had phone data so just didn't bother!
Breakfast was great in the morning too :) I hope they can keep improving the site as everything is there for it to be really great!
Super convenient too as it's right across the road from an IGA and a coffee van which is open very early if you're heading off early!
I'd stay again on future trips :)

The room was clean and recently remodeled. The open areas of the hotel are very poorly maintained and really show the age of the property. The breakfast is a bit limited. All around okay for the price but there may be better options in the town.
