Ambience and Therapy Program Great
The disability access to built environment needs to be improved things like outdoor bubbler would not be accessible from a wheel chair and facilities in bedroom such as hanging space, safety rails on bath are not geared to height challenged people of people with upper body disability

Heating in room impossible to regulate. Housekeeping turned it up when we were cold then it was extremely hot.
Bit noisy from couple in next room. We could hear their conversation and they weren’t taking loudly
I thought when we booked that this is supposed to be a spa experience. No robes or slippers in the rooms and not clear that you had access to them on arrival at spa - had to ask
No sauna
Steam room not working
Hot tub - very weak jets
No body wash or bath salts for bathtub
Just lacked spa feeling beyond the stunning reception area,

A wonderful stay
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Alysia Retreat Resort yesterday, and it was a genuinely delightful experience from start to finish.
The location is excellent—peaceful, scenic, and perfectly positioned to feel like a true escape while still being conveniently accessible. It set the tone for a relaxing stay the moment we arrived.
What stood out immediately was the warm and friendly service at check-in. The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and made the whole process smooth and effortless. That positive first impression really carried through the rest of our stay.
The retreat programs and facilities are also a real highlight. The program is comprehensive and thoughtfully designed, offering a wide range of options to suit different interests and wellness goals. A lot of care has gone into creating a holistic and enriching experience for guests.
Breakfast was another standout. The food was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the seating arrangement, which created a calm, inviting atmosphere to start the day.
If there’s one small recommendation, it would be to offer a “firm bed” option, as we found the bed a bit too soft for our preference. Having a choice of mattress firmness would make the stay even more comfortable for guests with different needs.
Overall, Alysia Retreat Resort offers a wonderful blend of comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful experiences. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of, and we would happily return.

Wonderful experience to reignite your fitness
Elysia brings a special experience and if you're lucky enough to have a great group of people joining the program at the same time it can create lasting friendships. The program has a lot to offer and profound effects in your physical and emotional health and wellbeing, all in the most amazing setting with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities.

Just fabulous
I spent my 60th birthday solo over 4 days at Elysia. I had a wonderful group of people who all sat at a communal table together. Sunset Views from the room were amazing. Comfy bed and great pillows. Staff were so friendly and amazing. Food was outstanding. Loved the spa treatments and the classes. I will definitely be back. My only wish is that they would restore the water feature that used to run through the property. That would have been next level.
