**Incredible staff* We Upgrade to a suite (room 2515)and the Executive club Lounge 32

We upgraded to a Sydney Harbour Studio Suite and had access to the Club lounge (Lounge 32).
Sadly today is our last day here. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels around the world and many of them luxury properties with VIP treatment, executive privileges, private lounges, and every imaginable high end amenity. Yet somehow, our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney stands above as one of the single best hotel experiences I can remember.
From the moment my wife and I walked through the doors we were treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care. Every detail was flawless. The service was impeccable, the suite was stunning, all the food at the Lounge 32 was exceptional including “healthy” and vegetarian options. Besides snacks and drinks we ate a full breakfast, lunch and dinner there on multiple occasions. Even the gym deserves recognition. It’s a very good gym and open 24 hours, which was a huge plus for us.
What made this stay truly unforgettable was not the hotel itself, it was the people. Every single staff member made us feel valued and welcomed. Special thanks to Carol, Aly, Pulin, Ramon at the bell desk, Thibault, Michelle, Giulia, JT, Anais, Nina, Augustina, Albane and Louis for the great tips on where to hike and all the staff at Lounge 32 and of course Coco! The list goes on with the wonderful breakfast hostess, servers and the restaurant managers at the Mode. We want to thank everyone we encountered throughout the property including the doormen. They understand the value of a simple smile and their attention to detail and genuine hospitality elevated this experience to another level.
This trip felt like an absolute privilege for my wife and me. Life moves quickly, and experiences like this matter. If you are considering staying here, my advice is simple. Spend the extra money and upgrade to Lounge 32 and upgrade to a suite. Give yourself the opportunity to experience something truly special, because this was genuinely one of the best travel experiences of our lives.
A special thanks to David Song who contacted me by email before our trip and gave us the offer to upgrade. I’m so glad we took it!
The only thing we were disappointed in was the jacuzzi. The tile and grout needs maintenance and for a hotel of this stature I was surprised at the condition of it. The temperature was also not hot enough for us but maybe it’s because they’re heading into winter and it will be taken care of in the spring.
We loved of our stay here!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located close to the Opera House, Sydney Harbour, and The Rocks. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to Circular Quay and the light rail stations.
I especially love the window bench, where I can sit in the morning and watch the sunrise over the Opera House. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back next time!

Gorgeous views, great location, comfortable hotel

I was here for a night prior to the start of a work trip a few weeks ago. All in, it was excellent. I paid for acces to the Club, which was worth it. I arrived very early from the States, so it was great to be able to go to the Club to check in, have breakfast, and hang while my room was prepared. Staff there were very friendly and remembered me on each visit. My room was spactacular. A junior suite (I think) with an amazing view out over the harbor seeing both the bridge and opera house. Very comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, great views. Food very good for breakfast in the lounge. Well equipped gym that I used as well. Location is wonderful for walking. Lobby is large and slightly impersonal, but the staff are what make this hotel shine. And the location. Would recommend if in Sydney.

PERFECT - - - PERFECT - - - PERFECT

So many wonderful things about this hotel . . . and we stayed 5 nights, so we got a great feel about everything.
First, location-location-location . . . absolutely perfect. Walking distance to EVERYTHING . . . Sydney Harbour, Circular Quay, The Rocks, Sydney Opera House, Royal Bontanical Gardens, numerous restaurants . . . only to name a few.
5-star professional service entire stay, and always with a smile. A few names to mention as the people make up the hotel for sure: Jora - breakfast (thanks for the service and smiles); Jorge - Room Service/Housekeeping (excel at the small thing - which are the large things . . . extremely thoughtful - thanks); and Elisa - Front Desk (exceptional follow-through - thanks for looking after us).
Rooms are exceptional - - - so clean, modern, and quiet = peaceful sleep and stay. Also, our room had a harbour view - - - so beautiful to see morning and night.
Everyone at Fours Seasons Hotel Sydney provided us exceptiona service and always with a smile.
Breakfast was incredible.

Not your typical Four Seasons hotel

Overall a decent hotel - but don’t expect the typical Four Seasons brand experience. This is more like a, we’ll say Westin (or slightly lower) type hotel. Definitely not a 5-star property in my opinion, maybe a weak 4-star if that. Rooms are ok, bathrooms are small. Just has a very busy hotel vibe, not even close to a luxury vibe. Now I understand why this was priced so low compared to other Four Seasons around the world. Fitness center and pool are excellent.
