Too good to tell anyone

I've been going to Jamieson Valley for nearly 20 years, Freddy and Angie are more than accomodation and we have established a lifetime friendship. The cabins and surrounds are excellent, if you are looking for a place to unwind then this is it, excellent trout fishing in the river, but don't tell anyone !

Jamieson Valley Retreat, Haven on Earth , its just magic

A magical place, to soak your stress away and be in the nature to experience the elements of nature. There is a picturesque lake, where you can just look at the water and look up the sky, there are lovely huge oak trees to cool you down on sunny hot afternoon and a hilly walk up the top of the mountain to view the Jamieson Valley. Not forgetting the Jamieson river at the back of the property.

What a gem!

What a gem! Just over 3 hours drive from Melbourne to a charming spot in the high country. Jamison Valley Retreat is truly a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city living. The scenery is so peaceful and tranquil with background of chirping birds and clean fresh air. Freddie and Angel are friendly hosts and they spared no effort to ensure our stay in their cottages are clean and comfortable.

Beautiful retreat. Happiest place on earth

Stayed for 2 magical nights and days, waking up to bird song, the wild rabbits across the grass, a beautiful river, lake and alpacas. This is a truly beautiful happiest place on earth. At night you can see the millions of stars. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the nature walks around the property.

Jaimerson country retreat

Our friends and I, have been to Jamieson retreat many a times, each visit has been different experience to the others before. Why is that so? Jamieson is a place and located in high country, but one ought to immerse our senses to the elements that become us by the time you say goodbye. Yet it never a goodbye, because instinctively you seek to be back, to be in your elements. Let’s romance the physical dimension, the breezy clean freshness that sweeps your face, is invigorating and breath easy. The water in the backdrop of Fred and Angie’s residence, squishing sounds and cascading water streams on the pebbles and rocks, is a cool treat to our bodies. The exquisite birds of various shades of colors, received us with sweet sounds, tweeting and chirping on our arrival, and yet they shared our company throughout our stay under the luscious green oak trees. Fred, with his local knowledge, was kind enough to walk us over the rolling hills and scrubs, it’s breathtaking to walk into nature to know, this is it, that we want to experience. The raising sun in the morning and the sunset in the evening, was so enticing, we spread sheets on the lawn and gazed into the night of stars, it was magic. Lastly the space was phenomenal, knowing that we were all in this awesome place together, we lived to be what it ought to be for us in this trips.
