Above expectations for 3 star Hotel

Location is amazing. Room price is quite well if you make reservation through hotel itself. Complementary breakfast, Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor swimming pool -- we have benefited from all of them. Jacuzzi and indoor pool are very nice specially if you are tired. Cable car helps you to see Altiaghac reserve where you can see deer. Bowling was fun. There was a place at the top (you take stairs) to drink tea. It was foggy but it is worth it. Some of the staff were kind, Ismayil at reception was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and wide (we took wooden houses for 3). I liked the idea of having mirror and TV together (you can turn them to which room you want) Beds are a little bit uncomfortable. Overall I am satisfied. Thank you. keep it up !

Very awful and selfless

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We brought 3 families
At night, a bunch of drunk men made noise in the restaurant. Then they went to the desert and started recording their birthday. We have asked them to take into account that they are family and servants who have become close over and over again. Until 1 o'clock at night, women and people had fun without taking any precautions. When we complained about the safety of the hotel, they said: They were friends of the son of the owner of the hotel, we can't do anything.
I have never seen this much selflessness in any other hotel.

a day visit

The Playgrounds for kids are very expensive. Zoo does not worth to visit. Restaurants are also expensive though delicious. Serving personnel are very rude. Overall our experience was not satisfactory.

Could be better

No hot water in room during 2 nights stay.
Asked reception ,and the answer was to keep water running for 10 minutes before hot water will start to flow :)
Waited for half an hour and got slightly warm water.
Indoor swimming pool is old and just ok. Luckily there was hot water in shower in sauna facility :)
Food in restaurant is another story. There is nothing but kabab and sadj despite quite long menu. Prices are higher than average.
Very impolite and rude security person in facility with no reasons. Need to be trained how to talk to clients.

Below expectations

Great potential - huge land area, established infrastructure and etc., but the hotel does not leave a pleasant impression. A major limitation is unqualified staff. This is particularly true for unskilled waiters in the restaurant.
Outdoor swimming pool was out of order, but indoor one was ok.
Breakfast has been a disaster.
