This was a beautiful resort with so much to do on premises that I didn’t even go out of the resort to do any additional activities. The pools, impeccable beaches and all public areas were so beautiful. The only thing I have to comment negatively on was the check in and check out. To check out I had to wait 25 mins in line cos there was only one person checking people out. For a hotel this size, that’s quite surprising. At check in too there was a long line and the lady could have been more helpful and welcoming. My room had been paid for upfront but she needed a credit card to block 200 dollars per night. As it was a British credit card and needed a PIN number to confirm, her method of trying to make the payment wasn’t working. I kept trying to explain to her that the issue isn’t that there aren’t enough funds on the card.. it just needed an option to put a PIN number to confirm, however she was unhelpful and wouldn’t try any other way. I had travelled 10 hours to get there and the check in desk could’ve been more polite. In the end a manager came and managed to make it work using another method. Disappointing to be greeted that way.
The rest of the stay was amazing.
Side note: Food is very expensive so be prepared to spend a lot more than you thought you would on food.
I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back soon!

Daniel in check in was awesome he ensured that everything I had questions about where answered. I had a really enjoyable stay here and would recommend again. Check out was easy and the included breakfast was delicious and nutritious. There were lots of dinner specials. There is no microwave in the rooms though and it would be nice for a handle bar to get out of the tub. The spa is an additional fee.

Let me start with saying I really like this property a lot, but there are things that need addressing. On multiple occasions when dining at different restaurants, the food comes out sporadically, and no drinks until the rest of the food comes, or one drink far apart in time without the others. This process can be fixed with the right person and the right process. It will make a huge difference in the guest experience. The condition of the property was as good overall. The welcome staff at the front desk exceptional. I did however notice a lot of trash at some of the waterpark locations that made the property look undesirable. Again, the right person with the right process could eliminate the perception that the park is dirty/messy. Lastly, pricing of food and drinks is high, but what takes it to another level is the VAT taxes and included service fees. As someone that is also in the service industry I can assure you that if you STOP including the service fee you will see change in the staff, service will get better if they know they won't be tipped unless they give great service. Hope this helps.

This hotel complex is amazing! Ignore negative reviews, we had an amazing stay here! Both the resort and Bahamas generally is expensive but the facilities and place were simply amazing! Our room was in the reserve and we overlooked the fountains - it was fantastic and the room was so quiet and peaceful! 100% recommend!

Check in was a terribly slow experience and very unorganized then when room isn’t ready they send you to “lounge” which was dirty not even half the lockers workers and you have to try everyone to figure out they don’t work oh and it’s female and male and only two of the restrooms worked so was a complete disaster .. room view was great and room was clean..
pool area not clean and no staff to get drinks or food one person working entire area so you can imagine ..
Hallways to rooms always dirty stuff left carpets not vacuumed just dirty ..
and checkout was the same maybe 2 people working extremely slow so just left keys and wen to airport ..
