Great Value & Quiet Hotel

Fantastic welcome and service from Pamela and team and the young intern lady with a welcome fruit juice and smile makes you feel at ease. Rooms are spotless and parking is great. Chef always friendly and breakfast team are always on hand to make sure your needs are catered for.

Too many faults

Three night stay and was not impressed.
The room was dated and in need of refurbishment. It was noisy from the road outside. During the day there was constant noise from a drill coming from another room near me. You could also hear the neighbours next door. There was also an alarm that would go off next to my bed and I couldn't work out how to turn off. Finally the swimming pool was closed.

I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down. It was offered at a cheaper price because of this (1.5BD) but maybe taking breakfast orders is better than just offering bread, cheese and fruit. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here, maybe the other Ramada Hotel in Bahrain is nicer.
