TRES AGRÉABLE SEJOUR A LA CAMPAGNE

Des hôtes attentionnés et professionnels, des prestations dignes d'un 4*, du fait maison, un site qui a une histoire, tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour proche Liège et Spa. Table d'hôtes sur demande.
Nous avons eu la chambre Cosy, idéale pour les amoureux.

I won't make the mistake of coming back a third time

I had firstly come to this property in 2024 and liked it so I decided to come back in 2025 and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. I had booked the Deluxe Double Room but when I arrived I was given the Family Room, which is much smaller, no bath tub, not very clean and with a very steep flight of uncomfortable stairs that you need to do to access the bedroom. The worst part of it is that the owner framed this as an upgrade, which is obviously not the case. When I made very clear that I had reserved a different room (and that I was also a returning customer), the owner claimed they don't get the details of the reservations from Booking, so they don't which rooms customers pick, which is very very difficult to believe as the price changes among rooms. I did feel like I was getting scammed. I was given the room I paid for from the second night but still fighting to get a partial refund for the first night as I have been unfairly overcharged.
In addition about the Family Room: there is widespread mould on the blinds and the bed sheets were stained, the AC and wifi don't work, there is no hair dryer and there are spider webs a bit everywhere in the bedroom in the upper floor. In addition about all rooms: bring your own toiletry because you are given only a small 10ml soap bag. I asked for more and didn't get them. Breakfast is EUR 18 cash.

A good experience

We were surprised by the location. It is located a few kilometers outside the city.
We could not order dinner but there are several supermarkets and restaurants in short drive away.
The room was top modern, clean and nice, but the best was the cute lady who has the place. Cute, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast has more than you get at many larger hotels.

Un retour à l'hospitalité!

Un séjour pendant le Covid qui nous a donné baume au coeur! Un accueil et décor hyper chaleureux avec un lit SUPER confort! On s'est réveillé comme dans un couffin! Et quelle propreté. Cerise sur le gâteau une très bonne restauration. Très bien situé autant pour des balades au vert que près des petites villes.

Une merveilleuse chambre d'hôtes - accueil; excellent

Nous avons logé deux nuits dans la chambre Azur (3 lits, en duplex, avec terrasse). Très belle chambre. Très bonne literie. Grande douche à l'italienne. L'accueil était excellent. Le petit déjeuner impeccable. Avec le Covid, nous avions à table un plateau de charcuteries, un plateau de fromages, 6 mini viennoiseries, un bon choix de pains. Au buffet, confitures, fruits, céréales, fruits secs, jus d'orange frais et, à la demande, des oeufs sous n'importe quelle forme avec lard ou pas. Vue sur les vaches, les chevaux, les poules et les petits lapins qui se promènent. Vraiment impeccable.
