A special thank you to the hosts Lieve and Jan. Two very nice and enthusiastic people. You have made my stay unforgettable. The rooms, service and breakfast were perfect. Thank you guys.

Three times is a charm.
For the third time guest of Lieve and Jan.... and again we enjoyed the first to the last minute. Like the previous times, this time everything was fine down to the smallest details. We were, and remain, fans. In life and well-being... see you next year.

After a few years, for a second time, albeit last minute, as a guest of Lieve and Jan. And whether we enjoyed it. This time we had one of the two new rooms on the first floor. Here too, just like everywhere else, there is everything. A spacious sanitary area. Darkened skylights, soundproofing on the street side. Surplus is the air conditioning, TV and refrigerator with all kinds of drinks. The breakfast was again extensive and more than sufficient. Lieve and Jan also do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible. We have already agreed for a next occasion. Thanks for the good care. Keep on doing.

Excellent stay near Bruges
We stayed for a couple of days in the beautiful pension, tastefully decorated, very friendly, helpful and personal service.
The room was spacious, very clean and comfy, the wetroom was tide but had everything needed.
Breakfast was great and and served with local specialities like cheese and handmade jams. The welcome drink was a locally brewed beer.
We would stay here again if we return to this region.

Bruges the beauty
It was a perfect choice that we have stayed in Lievejan bed and breakfast.
Room- clean, spacious and comfortable
Common area- tea and coffee facilities 24 hours.
Breakfast- sufficient with very good choices
Host- friendly and helpful
location- just outside Bruges, it's good if you have your own car
