A good place to visit Leuven city.
If I may give one more tip, if you escort guests to the room offer to take some of the luggage. I'm a woman alone and then it's hard to carry everything myself.

Good starting point for exploring Leuven and the Hageland.
Nice quiet rooms; maybe slightly noisy for light sleepers but certainly not disturbing. Air conditioning is top and quiet but in our case not necessary. You can sleep safely with open window that gives a view of the very nice courtyard.
Terrace outside was cozy and quiet despite proximity to railway and fairly busy streets.
Staff very friendly and helpful. In the brasserie it was good food and the breakfast is extensive and is sufficiently replenished.
Shortly located near university campus "Arenberg" and city center within walking distance. Lots of greenery that can be explored on foot and by bike.
