I'd stay here again- HANDS DOWN

The receptionist was great, check in was quick and was very informative about the perks of this hotel. The woman was able to tell me the ins and outs on the island and gave us the best spots to eat! Every recommendation was spot on! They also have parking! The view is nice and the bartenders are great at the rooftop. the boutique next door is where i got all my goodies from and they gave me a discount for staying at the hotel! it was such a great stay!

The staff was very nice and very respectful! In line though when you reserve it says the pool and roof top restaurant was open! When we arrived pool not even close to be open nor was the restaurant!!! But all in all staff was so nice and kept up with the cleaning!

Relaxing on the island

The rooms were nice, but the hotel in general seemed old. Wind could blow into my closed window and hit the drapes. Water from the rain can into the patio door a wet the bottom of my drapes.

Horrible stay. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The elevator on our floor didn’t work. After going for a swim with my daughter. We went back to our room to discover the shower didn’t work. The front desk sent maintenance to fix it twice and was unable to fix the problem. Not being able to shower is unsanitary and the front desk didn’t offer to change our room and after checking out without being able to shower management did nothing to accommodate after the fact. Never again

Rooftop bar and pool that was one of the main reasons i chose this stay
