ótimo custo benefício

hotel bem localizado, bem próximo a Avenida das Nações, as acomodações são simples, porém muito limpas, os funcionários sempre cordiais, enfim, o Hotel cumpre o que promete, bom custo benefício para hospedagens

Cold Water Sink

This is a typical old neighborhood Brazilian hotel. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. They still use real keys, the sink in the bathroom has only cold water - no hot water to shave, the shower uses an electrically heated shower head and there is no door on the shower stall.

Quiet hotel and friendly staff

Quiet room, very friendly staff nice breakfast.
Hotel has a pool but I didn´t had time to use it.
No handycap friendly as no elevator is available at this hotel.
There is a restaurant for dinner but we didn´t used it.

Honesto à que se propõe

Ambiente simples, bom atendimento, enxoval limpinho, apartamento com ar, tv tela plana, frigobar. Boa localização, com estacionamento em frente ao hotel. Café da manhã com 2 sucos, 2 frutas 2 frios, pão de queijo, pães e bolos. Preços um pouco acima da média para o padrão. Deve ser pela alta procura na região.

Quarto pequeno e serviços deficientes

O quarto é mínimo e os serviços são muito deficientes. Faltou toalha de rosto em dois dias, as prateleiras da pia (que é mínima) e do box do banheiro, estão inclinadas, não permitindo sua utilização, a ducha da privada é do tamanho das de box, ou seja, você toma banho ao se lavar, com a água retornando para a sua mão. O apartamento em que fiquei foi o 216, após trocar de quarto, pois no primeiro andar são devassados para o corredor.
O hotel não tem comida variada e o café da manhã é limitado, sendo que o serviço de reposição dos pratos também é deficiente. Mesmo sendo um hotel barato, o custo x benefício não compensa.
