Really good 5 star worthy
Even so it is a great hotel it loses on its location but it compensate on al the rest
The employees are really trying two satisfied you and they will do the best they can to make you happy
The food is really good it test delicious but do the breakfast is over al almost the same every day it changes in some little detail at most on local fruits or cakes
The hotel at its self is not that bad I mean its not like something you will se on movies but for the prize it really pays of and I noticed that it's really clean not only on the lobby but although the hole hotel
The outside aérea is amazing its really beautiful and nice to just sit there and relax but is you like to swim it has 2 really great swimming pools plus 1 small one for the really small people ;)
The view at the restaurant is one of the best of most hotel in Belem in my opinion you can see a great part of the bay
Mather of fact
The restaurant is parts on top of the bay
And security is really good there is always at least 2 security guards até the front of the hotel and there is always a taxi/cap até te front só no risk at walking on the streets and be afraid that something main happens
I can speak for hours about this hotel but
I am really sure you will like the place
Just don't let the street of the hotel make you afraid
(al do don't go out or back to het hotel at late hours)

Detailed review of my stay
• About the rooms: We spent two days, each in a different room. The first room on the third floor was well organized and clean, we had no problem. The only problem was the window that didn't have a good view.
The second room on the fifth floor we already had a very difficult experience, because despite already having two windows with a view for Rio, the toilet was giving discharge alone and the shower with one of the loose valves and costly to turn off. Besides, probably the sheets or towel of that second bedroom were not properly sanitized because my husband left with a severe allergy on the body, full of itching and a giant mark on the red chest.
• About the pool: it is one of the places I most liked to spend time, despite being a little dirty because of the leaves and flowers of the trees, I found a very calm and beautiful space. It was the best part. The water was clear.
• About the restaurant and coffee of the manha: we do not have lunch on the spot because of the exorbitant values and I must emphasize that the breakfast does not match the value of the stay. Very few options of fruits, there was almost no diversity of salts or cakes. And when my husband got some cereal milk to drink, he was sour. So vcs need to improve a lot in this breakfast.
• About the attention: The two brown receptionists were super friendly and the service was very welcoming from the beginning to the end.

On the other side of the hotel, you're in the river, and that pays off a lot. Dinner and coffee on the side of the (actually on top of the) water was very nice. The pool is also very good.
Speaking of food, the manhá coffee is reasonable, and the menu for lunch/dinner is excellent. I ate sun meat, crab, puppy... all excellent. The staff are also super nice.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Wifi was more or less (but the bar/restaurant was excellent).
The hotel was also under renovation during my visit; these things happen, did not bother me much.
