Great place to relax and enjoy the day. It has a great leisure area, with squares and ideal spaces for the girl. The waterfalls and pools are very good — there is even a heated pool. It also offers lunch and snack service. Provides Day Use option.

Positive experience! Great WhatsApp service with Camila before booking. New guest house, with good facilities, large cottage, with comfortable bed, everything working perfectly. The service has been excellent since we arrived by everyone, especially the waiter Pedro and Beatriz, who were very polite and helpful all the time. Good restaurant, tasty food, we didn't miss going to the city, because everything went very well. Having access to the waterfall of the araras was legal, as it is pertinho, without worrying about tickets or transportation. The leisure area is wide and with many options, all new and clean. The breakfast should also receive compliments, as the necessary repairs were made all the time, all tasty and quality. We took our little puppy and we had no problem, a lot of green area that she took advantage of. One point also to praise is the internet, good sign all the time and in all areas. The administration of the guesthouse and the staff are congratulated, because everything was perfect, it was worth choosing this place for a few days of rest.

Good experience, but maintenance is necessary.

There is no signage to locate the inn. Excellent service from the concierge (Willian) to the bar and restaurant service (Vitor). Cordiality, politeness and good humor reflect the service provided by these two employees. The inn is divided into two areas containing chalets, one of which appears to be older than the other. The oldest one, in which we stayed, is further away from the main areas where the leisure area and restaurants are located. The rooms are a good size, there is no hairdryer, the windows need urgent maintenance, despite having screens, there are huge gaps that allow insects to enter, as happened to us when a huge spider entered!! The keychain is ok: good water flow and very warm. I found the smell of the cleaning products used to be strong. The leisure area is well suited. The drinks are super well made, but the food left something to be desired. High price and low quality. The breakfast has an average variation of items, the fruits were all green and everything else such as pairs, donuts, cakes and cheeses were tasty and well presented.
I would go back to stay in the newer part of the inn.
