I stayed here for 4 days whilst buying my home in Lechkevo

I enjoyed this Hotel immensely! Its a good hotel for those visiting Montana with a view to buying a home in the Montana District, The staff do have English which is good for those of us that cannot speak a word of Bulgarian like me. My room was comfortable and enough for me to complete my purchase and explore Montana city which I like very much and will be retiring there one day soon. Bulgaria is very interesting and now under the microscope for a lot of tourism and it is an amazing land with amazing people to meet as well. I hope to be returning in 6 weeks time after which I will be posting more reviews!! Love the country and people to bits

Not recommended at all! The worse experience ever!

The hotel is very bad, unclean. The noise from the restaurant is awfull. You simply cannot sleep at all. No respect for hotel guests. Very, very dissapointed. Not recommend at all!!!

Next to it is a chalga place called "Ezeroto"

If you don't want to sleep at all, you should go there. The noise from the restaurant next to it is awful almost till 4 o'clock in the morning. You can close the windows but still...The mattress is with springs, so my back is a hell. It is expensive 90 leva for the double room...while this is the usual price for some cities in Spain or Germany. The breakfast is not impressive. Cheap products. The only good point is that is next to everything and especially a beautiful park there.

Only advantage the location.

The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area in Montana, next to the lake and the city park, just few steps from city center. Beside that, it is a poor hotel, with simple rooms, fairly clean, very poor breakfast and personnel that doesn't speak English.

Not too bad, but rather expensive.

My wife and I stayed there recently for one night. The hotel is small and very centrally located. Our room was reasonably-sized and all the amenities were satisfactory; the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the air-con worked but seemed rather dirty and dusty.
The decor was bland, brown and beige being the predominant colours.
I think my main gripe is the price. 70 BGN per night may not be much by western European standards, but it's rather pricey in Bulgaria in a place like Montana, which is neither a ski resort nor by the sea. What is more, that didn't even include breakfast, which was an additional 5 BGN per person. For that kind of money, there are hotels that include not only breakfast but also spa facilities. There was a restaurant but it was closed.
Trouble is, Montana doesn't have much else to offer... so we're still looking for a nice family hotel at a sensible price.
