Beautiful

Pollo resort restaurant, although end of season and closing early eve-9pm. Very welcoming, ate here 3 times. Food hot, well presented and tasty. Best food of the holiday. Reasonable prices. Clean and tidy. Would come back for sure.

Dishonest and not hygienic

We were a group of 12 and therefore got 2 apartments for 6 people. We got a large and a small apartment while everyone paid the same price. We also only received new towels every 3 days. Housekeeping did not clean properly. everything was swept under the beds and not neatly kept.
unfortunately it had to turn out this way.

Fabulous

Fabulous. Always great food. Lovely food. Staff have reasonable English. Lovely eating area poolside and loads of room inside. Prices are cheaper than main strip. Closes at midnight and opens at 9 am. Eat here at least 4 times a week. Couldn't ask for better.

Thieves

This complex is run by crooks who have regularly stolen the apartment owners monies from rentals
They refuse to contact owners with monies owed after targeting them in 2005 with the shambles of a complex.
As far as a tourist mode- would I stay here? No it’s very basic and shoddy inside as well as out and not situated in a good place

Average

Decent hotel, nothing special in comparison with the other hotels in Sunny Beach. The rooms are quite small, but for that price you can’t ask for more! In the first day we had ants in the room and in 4 days they did not change the towels. Long distance from the center of Sunny, but close to Cacao beach - 10 min. Next time we will choose a diferent location.
