Awful hotel

The hotel is awful, nothing like the photos. The room had a sofa and a carpet that were very dirty with stains, and overall it didn’t look very clean. The bathroom was old, with rust in many places, and the mattress on the bed was very hard. The staff and management only speak Bulgarian, so it’s impossible to communicate. Overall, it is not a welcoming hotel.”

kamers geboekt, hotel gesloten

Hotel geboekt via Booking.com en bevestiging gekregen. Na heel lang zoeken hotel gevonden (deurtje in een steegje) maar die deur bleek op slot te zitten. Raar. Nu moet ik van Tripsadvisor door blijven typen om 200 tekens te hebben, kort en krachtig is blijkbaar niet goed.
