Clean, friendly and helpful staff

Lovely hotel. Basic but clean. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. They went above and beyond when we had a problem with our transfer.
Thankyou so much.

Never again

Awful hotel, staff not friendly, not welcoming, advertised as adult only but children present so much different from our stay 8 years ago. So many issues from cosmetic to actually being dangerous. Faulty shower hose , shelf in shower not usable, artificial grass dangerous, lobby toilets, 2 had no locks, 1 had no toilet seat, bucket outside door to catch water plug socket hanging off wall, skirting boards sticking out along corridor, pool steps broke during our stay, nothing was done about it, not even cordoned off for safety. Torn dirty curtains in room. Room door would not shut unless locked with the key. Bad smell from dain in bathroom. Arrived at breakfast at 9.35 to be told they would not be brining more food out even though breakfast was until 10am. Smell of weed on corridor in afternoon. Pool beds old and rusty, bed cushions worn and stained, pool bar non exsistant just empty shelves. WOULD RECOMMEND OR EVER VISIT AGAIN

They didn’t address the condition of the A/C even after a specific request.

If you don't want to be sick for your entire vacation, then don't use the air conditioning.

Last minute holiday

Just spent a week here. The room was basic but spotless. Air conditioning worked well.
We had bed and breakfast. Plenty of choice but food wasn't piping hot.
Staff were friendly and polite. The other guests were friendly.
Plenty of sunbeds available. Pool was clean.
Downside no food available through day, drink selection poor.
I would stay here again.

Lovely quiet hotel

Brilliant hotel, yes it's a little bit dated, I've been to sunny beach 3 times now, 2018 when the world cup was on, came with a couple of mates, 2019 with my parents and my son, this time on ma own, always plenty of sunbeds, ya don't have to get up at daft o'clock to secure a sunbed by the pool, go back to sunny North Yorkshire in the morning, the only tiny little thing is,1 of the staff has just told us that ya can only drink, drinks bought elsewhere in your room, or outside the gates, there's no signs round the pool area/out side the restaurant saying about not drinking drinks what aren't bought from the hotel bar, I've bought loads of beers from the hotel bar, as well as buying the local cider from the local shop, when ever I've asked for some ice for my cider, I've always put a lev or 2 in the tips jar on the bar, because I thought it was abit cheeky asking for ice, but like I said, there's no signs, if they put signs up, I'd honer it, would I stay here again, ABSOLUTELY !!, gonna book 2weeks for next august
