Heaven on earth
Drawing on my own professional experience in the hotel industry and experience from visiting different places, I can confidently say that Ruza Vjetrova is a truly exceptional resort.
The breathtaking setting and overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility are simply unmatched. The staff are consistently professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest feels welcome. The entire resort is impeccably organized and thoughtfully maintained.
The rooms are warm, inviting, spotlessly clean, and boast spectacular views. Both breakfast and dinner offer an impressive selection of fresh, delicious dishes that cater to a wide variety of tastes.
Ruza Vjetrova is a place where everyone can find something to enjoy.
Ruza Vjetrova holds a special place in my heart, which is why I have been returning for more than 15 years. Every visit reminds me why it remains one of my favorite places in the world.
Quite simply, heaven on earth.

Beautiful stay, but a disastrous aftermath – Management breaks promises!
We spent our holiday at this resort in May. The resort itself and the local staff are generally really great. However, on the day of our departure, a major issue occurred: the hotel staff misplaced our ID documents, which caused us to miss our flight and incur significant extra costs (new flights, car rental rebooking, etc.) amounting to over €860.
The manager on site, Mr. Vukic, was initially very polite, apologized multiple times, and explicitly promised that the hotel would cover all the expenses. We submitted the receipts and documents via email immediately afterward.
The problem: For weeks, neither Mr. Vukic nor the general management has responded to my emails or reminders. They are simply ignoring the issue.
If you make a mistake, you have to stand by it. Such behavior is completely unworthy of a supposedly upscale resort. Until this financial damage is settled, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place. Very disappointing.

Paradise on earth
The spot is idyllic. Everything is on-site, 2 pools, private beach access which is very pleasant, with a multitude of lounge chairs.

Relaxing getaway
The hotel grounds were amazing and a lot of options of thinks to do in the hotel.
There is 2 swimming pools 1 of them being an adult only pool. So you can relax with out kids splashing you
The room was lovely with a beautiful view of the sunset
The breakfast was really nice and as someone who doesn’t eat pork there were so many options for me to eat
I ate at all the restaurants on site in my opinion the from “best to worse”:
1) Borovina bar (sea food mainly)
2) Sunkiss restaurant (kids mainly)
3) Mediterranean restaurant (buffet)
The staff were incredible and will go out of their way to help you (I felt sorry for them as some of the others guest were extremely rude and obnoxious)
The downside for me unfortunately was the smell around building 1 was quite bad due to the septic tanks nothing that could be done unfortunately it’s just one of those things.
All in all it was an beautiful relaxing stay and I would definitely return

Beautiful seaside hotel.
We spent 3 nights in this hotel and regretted not booking more. First of all, a big thank you to the reception ladies, very professional and friendly; they take the time to explain everything and resolve every issue. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room the first night, and immediately we were moved to another room. Our room was spacious, renovated, and well-equipped; they even provided us with bottles of water, which is not always the case in hotels, and we had a beautiful sea view from our lovely balcony. The hotel is large, with 2 pools and a small beach, where you will easily find sun loungers as there are plenty, and it is immediately calm. There is parking for 10 euros per night, and within walking distance, there is a large street along the sea with shops and restaurants.
However, I do not recommend the hotel for people with physical disabilities due to many stairs.
We were on a half-board plan; the breakfast is good, with enough choices, but the dinner is a bit repetitive, though good.
I therefore recommend this hotel without hesitation for a few days of relaxation in the sun!!!
