The room is clean and spacious. Location is close to bus/tram/train stations. Easy check in process. No issues with the access code. Will definitely book again for future trip.

A few minutes' walk from Wenceslas Square and the National Museum. Nice and clean apartments, seems new. No reception (you check in online). A Tesco Express round the corner for essentials. The kitchen has a microwave, two hotplates and a fridge with a small freezer.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The self check-in process was smooth and easy, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything worked well during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay.

Perfect Place

Upon arrival we were allocated a rooftop room which would have been a gorgeous room however it is a 40 degrees heatwave and it was like a sauna and the aircon wouldnt work. However, after explaining the situation they moved us to a room with working aircon. It was absolutely gorgeous, clean, cold and felt very safe. Location is about 20 minutes to the old town. Overall, would reccomened!

Absolute nightmare check-in. Zero customer service.

I chose this self-check-in hotel in Prague for convenience, but it turned into a stressful disaster. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM. I received a code for the main door and my room, but the code did not work for the room. While waiting, I suddenly received a message changing my room number—but the code didn’t work for that one either.
It wasn't just me; I met at least three other families in the hallway facing the exact same issue. The hotel went completely radio silent. They ignored messages on Booking.com, their own website, and refused to answer the phone. I had an important event to attend and was left stranded in the hallway for 1.5 hours, incredibly stressed, not knowing if I’d have a place to sleep or shower.
When they finally answered the phone after 90 minutes of calling, the staff didn't even apologize. Because there is no reception or physical staff on-site, you are entirely at the mercy of a customer service team that clearly doesn't care. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.
