Highly recommended
Very well located, truly in the heart of Wenceslas Square in Prague, close to everything. A major positive point: a Lidl is just a minute's walk away. At the foot of the accommodation, there are numerous terraces, restaurants, and taverns, which is really great.
Regarding security, everything was perfectly thought out: a gate at the entrance, a code to access the elevator, and another code to enter the accommodation.
The accommodation was very spacious (at least the one we had), with a balcony directly overlooking the square. Two toilets, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, two televisions (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), everything necessary was present.
The kitchen was also well equipped with salt, pepper, sugar, tea, as well as a Nespresso-type coffee machine with capsules available, which is always appreciated.
The team was also very responsive: as soon as we sent a message, we received a quick reply.
The bathroom was superb with two sinks and two walk-in showers. The real plus: the heated and washing toilet seat with a water jet, very appreciated. A hairdryer was also available, as well as several products in the shower such as shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. There was also hand soap as well as a small and a large towel per person.
The heating worked perfectly. Iron and ironing board available, as well as all necessary amenities, like in a hotel.
Honestly, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. Accommodation truly recommended without hesitation. I give it a rating of 10/10.

Everything was perfectly fine with the hotel. We had two days vacation in prague with my family two kids. Happy with all. Thank you

Good but improvable
I stayed at Crown Apartment and found the room very spacious, clean, and well equipped. There was even a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and cooking plates, which I didn’t use but appreciated having available. The location is truly excellent, making it easy to reach the main areas of the city.
Still, some aspects made the experience less smooth. The view over the internal courtyard wasn’t great, and the complete absence of staff or reception made the stay feel a bit impersonal. Most communication was handled through an AI, which seemed to forward requests to the staff mainly when they involved additional payments.
I requested early check‑in two days before arrival, as advertised and supposedly free when available, but it wasn’t accepted. Late check‑out at 1 PM cost €10, and staying just 30 minutes longer would have doubled the fee.
Even during booking, an extra €20 was charged due to the exchange rate and was refunded only after I contacted Booking to have the issue solved.
The code entry worked well, but the digital key couldn’t be downloaded because the app link wasn’t available. No cleaning service is included, and requesting cleaning or linen changes before five days comes with an extra fee.
Overall, the apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and in a fantastic location. However, the lack of human support, the rigid policies, and the AI‑mediated communication made the stay less welcoming. Considering the 22 m² size and the absence of reception, I’m not sure the price was fully convenient, and I’m unsure whether I would stay here again.

We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process.

An excellent apartment with two bathrooms, perfectly situated for seeing the sights of Prague. We were extremely happy with everything! Quiet, safe - a great experience.
