Excellent stay in a beautifully renovated hotel surrounded by nature
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel. The location is fantastic – right next to the forest and only a short walk from the cable car that takes you up to Pustevny, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation, and it truly shows. The designers have done an amazing job creating a warm, modern atmosphere while keeping everything in harmony with the surrounding nature. The natural color palette and thoughtful details make the entire hotel feel both elegant and welcoming.
Our room was incredibly cozy. We stayed in a room with a balcony, and everything was brand new. The furniture was beautiful, and the bed together with the bedding was so comfortable that it genuinely felt like sleeping on a cloud.
The unlimited wellness area was spotless and perfectly maintained every day. We were lucky to visit during a quieter period and often had the facilities almost entirely to ourselves. A special tip for future guests: step outside onto the terrace by the sauna. The view straight into nature is breathtaking, and if you're lucky, you might even spot deer grazing nearby!
Breakfast was included in the price and was both delicious and more than sufficient. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food is absolutely outstanding. One of the biggest highlights for me was the fusion of Asian and traditional Czech cuisine – a perfect 10/10 experience. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I even forgot my comb at home, and the team somehow managed to provide not just one, but two combs for me!
I truly appreciate places where you can feel that people genuinely care about their guests, and this hotel is a perfect example. The level of kindness, willingness to help, and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere were simply outstanding.
The value for money is exceptional. For this level of service, comfort, and facilities, you would easily pay much more elsewhere.

Delight in every detail / Nadšeni z každého detailu
The location is fantastic! Beautiful scenery and a lovely view. The rooms have been renovated; everything is new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really enjoyed the wellness area! The food in the restaurant was excellent. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back.
Lokalita je skvělá! Krásná příroda, krásný výhled! Pokoje jsou po rekonstrukci, vše je nové, čisté, s citem pro detail. Obsluha na recepci byla velmi milá, vstřícná, nápomocná. wellnes jsme si užili! Jídlo v restauraci vynikající! Litujeme jen, že jsme nemohli zůstat déle. Určitě se vrátíme.

Positive change since my last visit
Ok, after repeated visit after more than one year I must admire a certain positive move: First, the food was extremely good, tasty and style. A new chef was hired and it made significant change. All meals I've had during 2 days were of great taste and nicely prepared. Smoked trout or fresh and still warm homemade traditional pies... The staff was very friendly and welcoming (all - restaurant, reception and conference service). Wifi worked well in all hotel areas. However, the rooms did not change much except renewal of bahtrooms (thumbs up). Still the interior is outdated and still you can smell kitchen throughout all hotel premises. The location itself is very nice and the mountains in the autumn warm day were more than pleasant.

Slightly below average, nice location
Great location for exploring natural beauties of the area. The hotel itself is outdated (rooms, beds, bedding, bathrooms), even if clean it is worn out. The food is the same - not bad, bit old-fashioned. As a part of business group we were asked to pay the bill after each service (i.e. with every glass of water!) - strange practice. Must admire that breakfast had above average selection and very good coffee (not filtered but equipped with automatic coffee machine - espresso, capuccino, machiato).
The "conference" service was below average, needed to remind on adding coffee, water, etc. Started to clean the conference room before all participants have left.
The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful however one nice lady cannot manage everything. If you are going to the area and want to enjoy not only outside, I recommend not to choose this place.

Scenic winter holiday destination
I visited this hotel with a group of friends last week and stayed for 5 nights. We received a warm welcome from the front desk staff who understood basic English, and the place was spotless, with clean tidy bedrooms. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, all of which was superb. Two friends particularly enjoyed the trout dish served on a bed of grilled vegetables, with the fish being locally sourced making it that much more fresh and delicious! As a vegan I was also catered for very well, and loved the freshly baked bread selection each morning, and the barley and vegetable risotto for dinner.
One particularly fun part of our stay was using the spa's Jacuzzi after a long day walking up the mountain next to Hotel Raztoka. We also loved the fact the hotel has its very own bowling alleys, which were made use of by a work party whilst we were there.
The hotel is situated perfectly for those looking to go skiing, cross country skiing and hiking. We went walking through the snow up the mountains, then got the ski lift down. The oldest ski lift in Europe! It was an unforgettable stay, the hotel is surrounded by stunning scenery which looks especially picturesque at this time of year. I hope to visit the area again soon, maybe in the summer next time.
