Excellent accommodation

We come here often for our summer holidays. It is great place to stay, for shorter or longer period. Very warm family service. We use 2 room app, with 2 double- beds, sofa, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and glass-ceramic cooker, also all basic dishes and tools. Nice furniture and bathroom, too. Large windows, big terrace with stunning seaview, few steps from the beach. Nearby beach bar serves icecream, drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic. It is a quiet place, not crowded with tourists. Perfect for walks, swimming, nearby seafood or pizza restaurants. In the village there is a small bakery kiosk and vegetable/fruit kiosk and info agency where you can book different attractions. It is few kilometers from Umag or Novigrad. You can ask owner Alen for recommendations what to do around if you like more activities - he advised us great fishing, scuba diving, trip to Venezia by boat, restaurants, winemakers.

We really do appreciate our stay here. Top position, extremely gentle owners.
Regarding the apartments they're new, clean and with a wonderful view on the sea.
If you're looking for a calm, by the sea place this is where to look for.
I really can't say a bad word.

Top apartments

We loved these apartments. They are newly built in a modern house at the end of a small and quiet village Lovrečica. The property is located 15 m from the sea and you could enjoy the view right from your bed. We had a small studio which was big enough and the bathroom was not too small. The furniture is new, modern and simple. In front of the apartment there was a big terrace with sun loungers facing directly the sea. You could go for a swim and come straight back to the comfort of your sun lounger. Perfect. The owner was friendly and laid back. The village is a short drive away from Umag and the supermarkets and is very quiet. There is nothing in a walking distance except a bar, caffe and a restaurant, but we loved that. We'll be back for sure.

Wunderschönes Haus und sehr, sehr freundlicher Besitzer :)

Penthouse-Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen. Riesige Terrasse, geteilt mit dem einzigen zweiten Apartment im obersten Stock. Absolut ruhige Lage. Direkt am Meer. Riesige Grünfläche (kein beängendes Gefühl!). Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Wirklich sehr, sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Besitzer!

Výborné ubytovanie s výborným pomerom cena/ kvalita
Na izbách nesmierne čisto, v noci ticho, všetko funkčné, izby klimatizované, dvojizbový apartmán je priestranný, má dve kúpeľne, dve klimatizačné jednotky, sklokeramickú dosku, chladničku a pod, pri ubytovaní je bar, ktorý patrí tomu istému majiteľovi, kde okrem piva, nealko nápojov podávajú aj čersvé smooties, rozhodne odporúčam ubytovanie
