Non-existent reception and rudeness
Cons: non-existent reception I arrived at the hotel at 5.15 pm and was asked to call because there were no staff at the station. A guy was sent who opened my room without giving me any further instructions because the reception is not his place of work (as if this was my fault).
I couldn't check in.
I was pointed out and highlighted with an acid reply by the owner that I do not know English without remembering that I always answered her questions by message (since I have small school bases and nowadays you can use Google Translate) moreover I also phoned her as I had been asked. To think that I had also described her as a friendly and helpful person.
With the excuse that according to the owner I am an ignorant who understands nothing and speaks only Italian (without even knowing who he is) I was later written that I could do a self check-in. Dear my lady, I have not been told by anyone because I have already self-checked in on other occasions and I am not really that stupid...
I was told that the reception works in breaks: at 5.15pm there was no one and everything was armoured, 7.30am the next morning everything was off, 2.15pm once again everyone was absent. It was not possible to check in... and also for this aspect seems to be my fault, which I remember being a paying customer.
There is no professionalism and it is absolutely not 4 stars... if you want to spend a pleasant stay and be respected you should turn elsewhere. There are other better locations with parking.

Room cleaning not received, only towel change and it was not possible to have a bathrobe.
Room with little air exchange and in the dark.
Personnel present only on arrival and departure.
Good location of the structure but in a very noisy area.
Breakfast at nearby bars with little choice and unpleasant staff.
Distance to the beach not as reported in the description.

. Nice area to stay there a few days.All very expensive for the services they offer.
The small window overlooked the street and consequently we could not open the shutters otherwise we were visible to every passer-by.
the comfortable room, only the staff never cleaned the floor of the room and bathroom, the sheets and pillowcases in 4 days never changed. The breakfast is terrifying. Agreement with a restaurant 60 meters from the hotel, it offered only salty things and too seasoned .. no desserts except cold croissants of the day before. You could not go before 08.30 with staff not very polite and helpful towards us. The only convenience is the private parking for the car.
