Great money value from a great location

PROS:
This accommodation is located very close to the main Okrug Gornji beach named Copacabana, and the city main street ATM's and shops, relatively close (half hour walking distance) to beautiful town of Trogir. Just from the first contact with the owners, you will feel what makes the difference immediately: the warmth and desire to help and make you feel good that overwhelms you. Towels and bed sheets were changed every two days. Even the hotel is near the town main street, the rooms are well insulated and there are really quiet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning works well. Fully equipped kitchenette.
CONS:
If you travel by plane:
1. Airport shuttle service is not free.
2. Take enough time to travel back to airport because of heavy and frequent traffic jams on the Trogir bridges. Sometimes, even two hours more! Don't forget that you are on an island, after all.

Good location and poor service

We stayed here 4 days and not once our room was cleaned, no fill up With toilet paper or garabage was removed. The beds was very hard and uncomfortable. The owner come last day to get Money.. Wifi was also very poor.

Great location in Orkug

The best location in Orkug, 50m from everything you need (beach. market, restaurant, ATM, cafe). Stayed here with wife and two small kids for two weeks. The owner was very helpful before and during the stay. Even let us the washing machine. The appartment was very clean and fresh, even by Croatian standard. Wish the beach had better playgrounds, but you can find one at the top of the city by the church. Ferry to Trogir every hour all day for 20kn person. Aqua fun and other water sports at the beach. The road along the beach can be a scary, Croatians give little room for pedestrians in general.

quite simply the best

This ( june/july 2014) is the fourth month we have spent here. Second row, thus quieter, clean comfortable, everything you need, wifi gets better every year, kitchens small but with well equipped.....
And above all only 30 meters from the sea. The warm clean Adriatic.
Dujic family work so hard to make this home from home.
We will be back.

GREAT LOCATION!

We stayed here in July 2013 and everything was great. The location is excellent, 20m to the beautiful beach, market, restaurants & shops and only 2km from Trogir. This is propably the best location a hotel can have in Okrug Gornji! The owner picked us up from the airport and it took only 20 min to get to the hotel by car even though there was traffic.
The kitchenette was tidy and functional, the apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband is 195cm so the bed was a bit too short, but it wasn't a problem.
If you want to go sightseeing, you can take the boat line to Trogir for 20 kunas, or walk. Okrug Gornji has everything you need, so there's really no need to go elsewhere.
