Excellent hotel right on the beach. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would 100% come back to Croatia just to stay here!

Lovely Room

We stayed at the Residence for 11 nights as a base to explore Split and the Islands . Our room on the second floor overlooked the tennis courts and the Sea . It was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The walk in shower was always hot and we had regular towel changes . The staff in reception were always available if needed and pleasant.
It was the beginning of June and the season only just getting started. The pool and the restaurant were closed which didn’t really affect us .
The only thing we had problems with was the main road into Split ! Bear in mind a 20 minute ride could sometimes be over a hours journey on the bus, the traffic is horrendous and the buses get very full and standing room only .
Having said that we had a lovely holiday at the Residence and did manage to complete our list of places to visit.

Nice apartment but in the basement

Friendly welcome, located by the sea. Large apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Well-furnished and well-equipped, clean. However, for the price, which is still quite high, located in the basement with a view of a wall... Not great!

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and balcony with an incredible beach view. Walking distance to a long beautiful beach, marina, restaurants, wellness spa. We extended our stay by 3 days to enjoy this facility and unique location.

The residence was convenient for the short stay. Very clean a comfortable flat.
