房间卫生还算可以，价格亲民，房间布设不错，只是离景点稍远些当时没考虑到，住了两天后改到松花江那边住了，总体来说挺好的。

就是卫生差了点，但是挺适合家庭多人入住，多人入住性价比高，离地铁也不算远，一般打车到地铁站10块钱以内，然后坐地铁到任何地方都很方便，附近吃的也很多，有一家新疆人烧烤是真的好吃

房间很简单，设施都有，不算太好，不如描述那么好。服务还是很细致周到的。距离冰雪大世界滴车十多块钱，但是不建议打车，冰雪大世界附近堵车，可以坐地铁过去

环境不好，屋里太冷了，订房前咨询房子冷暖，告诉暖和，入住后屋里四处漏风。房屋太冷一宿没睡，第二天早上起来开始流鼻涕

订房的时候原话就跟你说了23.4度，屋里有空调，也没有人说冷。23.4度不算冷吧。有空调你说开了吵，落地窗帘拉上怎么可能四处漏风，给你串个屋你也不干

这个价位还是很超预期的，房东人很好，有什么需要联系都会及时回复，地理位置也可以，早餐，中餐附近都有，再有机会还会再来的。
