My father, my family and I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful support you provided during my father’s 80th birthday celebration, held from 8 - 9 August 2026, and the handmade Birthday card, bear toy and other souvenirs. Your warm hospitality, kindness and professionalism helped make this special occasion truly memorable for all of us.

Thank you for hotel team excellent service and kindness throughout my stay. I truly appreciate your prompt assistance whenever I needed help, and your friendly attitude made me feel comfortable from the first day. The support you provided with information of airport transport and directions was very helpful, and it saved me a lot of time. Enjoyable stay in Shatin

Royal Park remains one my favorite hotels in HK, the rooms are priced reasonably, spacious and well maintained by the cleaning crew, recently renovated as well. The location is good, beside a popular mall connected to the MTR. Nearby are local communities you can experience the HK vibes, different from the usual central tourist areas. The staff are well trained, friendly and especially helpful. Thanks to Chief Concierge Lewis Li and Hassan for making my check in/out a breeze. See you again soon.

Highly recommended, friendly service, clean hotel, access anywhere in HK is very easy and there is direct access to the mall.
