Nice hotel

Stayed here while attending a conference. Modern hotel in a good location. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and the restaurant offered a decent buffet breakfast.
My main gripes were that the bar food offer was limited and after 9pm there was almost nothing available, on arrival the taxi was not allowed to drive to the doors of the hotel - given that Shenzhen is quite rainy we got soaked trying to run with our luggage from the road to the door and finally English levels at reception were quite weak

OK stay, the hotel would benefit from a refresh

I've stayed here a few times in the past. The price is usually competitive, and it is close to the Futian border crossing to Hong Kong.
I had a pleasant 1-night stay here in December 2025. The first room I was given had a strong smell of cigarettes and mould. They moved me to a different room, which was much cleaner (though not perfect --- I found some old pizza behind some of the furniture).
This time, they provided a Happy Hour in the terrace of the 23rd floor in the West Tower. This was a nice venue, but a bit run-down, and lacking a little in food/drink options. Nevertheless, the views made up for this --- somewhat (photos attached).
Breakfast was good.
I didn't use the pool.
Overall, it is a pity that there isn't more care and upkeep. Still recommended, though.

I stayed in 1302. The furniture was kind of old. The "arm-chair" was not comfortable at all. Cockroaches were seen in another room my relatives were staying in--Rm 1303. The 2 good things about the hotel:
-close proximity to the Huanggang Port, and check-point station
-reasonable rates

Close to the train, they offer a free shuttle to the train station, didn’t use it but it is nice to know. The property is a bit outdated but clean.

Good Night’s Sleep

Clean and quiet rooms that have a slightly dated beige vibe. Attached to a housing compound so there is a minimart which is convenient because it’s not near much. Never waited longer than two minutes for a DiDi. The bar could use some windows.
