Very satisfying stay
Clean and very functional hotel. Breakfast was reasonable but with limited “western” options. The room was ample with a good bed and a great shower. When checking in as a foreign visitor you must show your passport, visa and entry date stamp - all are copied

Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain!

I called the front desk and said that because the temperature of the central air conditioner was turned on higher, they notified the person to turn down the host and waited for ten minutes to come to the engineering department. It said that the temperature of the host could not be lowered and said that the temperature of the air conditioner in our room is normally set at 21, and the room temperature is 27. This is called normal? Secondly, let's see the resolution of the TV series in the room. . Is this the 2016 standard? ? ? 2010's are better than this. The sheets are also broken, and there are no hygiene issues. The most disgusting thing is the ground parking lot. The security guard has a very poor attitude. I said that my new energy vehicle needs to be charged (there is a star charging station on the ground) He won't let me The parking said that it was for the hotel car.
