There can be a few older women in work clothes at the front desk. It shouldn't be in such a big hotel.

The target is 4 stars, and the experience is not as good as that of the Express Hotel. 1. Suspected of false propaganda: The details page advertises a 2-meter king-size bed, but the actual size is about 1.8 meters. I called the front desk and the front desk said it was a bed of 2 meters long and 1.8 meters wide ( Is this a king-size bed?); 2. The service attitude is extremely poor. I called the front desk to inquire, and they ignored it, as if I owed them millions; 3. The hygiene is extremely poor, and the head of the bed is full of dust (photo attached ), as if it has not been cleaned for several months; 4. The TV is an old-fashioned one with low definition, no optional programs, and can only switch TV stations; For breakfast, there is only porridge, and the staff's answer is: eat whatever you have! I can't bear it anymore, and I will file a complaint with Ctrip and the industrial and commercial department!
