A hotel for very old people

A hotel for very old people...
The service is excellent – ​​bartenders, waiters, reception, housekeeping – truly superb. It's a shame the entertainers don't feel up to their duties... This is my 15th time in Egypt, and this is the first time I've encountered anything like this. After my criticism, the entertainer felt compelled to act, but he's still far from perfect. The food is delicious, although as tourists leave and there are fewer of them, the selection becomes increasingly limited.
The bay is beautiful, my room is great, newly renovated.
Many people who would like to dance (there are no discos, although the hotel description says they are available) can't because the entertainer operating the equipment has his own opinion. As a result, when forced to play music, he becomes offended. He'll play three songs, then his own again, which clears the dance floor (pool area)...

Hotel to avoid.

Hotel to avoid, no entertainment, no activities for children either during the day or in the evening, you would think you were in a nursing home, unpleasant staff, especially with French people of Algerian origin. Bugs in the rooms, access to the pools under construction (instead of doing it off-season), workers working with their machines throwing dust next to you, no professionalism. They offer you a massage as compensation that never took place. Having been to Egypt a dozen times, this is the worst hotel we have stayed at. I do not recommend it to you.
